Shipping policy

 

We offer a standard shipping rate of $10 on all orders placed within Australia.

All orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days and we will keep in touch with you regarding the progress and postage of your order.

Once shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to arrive.

All our orders are sent via Standard Australia Post with tracking unless Express Post has been purchased at the check out. Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details. Love Amber Candle Co. cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to address errors made by you. Additional product costs and shipping charges will apply if if this occurs. 

Please do contact us at hello@loveambercandleco.com.au to report that a parcel has not arrived within seven (7) days of a lapsed expected arrival date.
